INTERNATIONAL YOGA EXPERT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Overview
The 16-hour International Yoga Expert Certification Program is a focused and effective training designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. It provides the technical and structural foundations required to confidently teach yoga in private or group settings.
Certificates issued under IYEC are internationally recognized and supported by the International Yoga Federation. Upon completion, each participant receives the International Yoga Expert Certificate and becomes a registered yoga expert.
Methodology
IYEC teaches yoga as a structured and coded system. Participants first understand individual postures, then posture groups, and finally how to combine them into a clear one-hour sequence.
Emphasis is placed on correct sequencing, effective communication, posture correction, and lesson planning. The method allows teachers to adapt variations for individuals without disturbing the integrity of the sequence.
Body, Mind & Integration
The program focuses on harmony between body and mind. Correct application of asanas supports the nervous and endocrine systems and contributes to overall balance and health.
The quality of application is more important than the number of postures. True progress in yoga means integration — not performance.
Certification Pathway
The 16-hour IYEC certificate is sufficient for teaching. However, participants may continue their education and expand their credentials.

Each level builds upon the previous one, allowing teachers to grow progressively while remaining connected to the same structured methodology.
